Claudia Perez-Lanza (she/her) serves as the Market Manager at Community FarmShare. She brings over 17 years of business management experience, along with more than four years of direct work supporting diverse communities. Claudia also has extensive outreach experience, having spent over five years planning events, building community partnerships, and successfully managing multiple initiatives at once. She is known for her ability to wear many hats while staying organized, adaptable, and deeply connected to the communities she serves.

Before joining Community FarmShare, Claudia worked as a Family Case Manager with Sheppard Pratt in partnership with Montgomery County Public Schools (MCPS), where she supported children and families navigating complex challenges.
