Job Summary:
The Mobile Market Manager is responsible for the daily management and execution of our mobile market program. This role includes overseeing the Mobile Market Operator team, logistics, inventory management, partnership relationships, customer service, and community engagement to ensure the success and sustainability of the mobile markets. The ideal candidate is passionate about food equity, has strong organizational skills, and thrives in a fast-paced, customer-oriented environment.
CFS runs markets both in the morning and the afternoons; we are seeking either one full time position or the position can be split into two part time - one for morning shifts and another for afternoon shifts.

Job Summary:
Community FarmShare is looking to hire a Hub Operations Manager responsible for managing the daily operations of the organization’s produce aggregation hub. This is a full time position with primarily on-location work at our aggregation hub in Gaithersburg.
The Hub Manager will supervise the handling of produce orders, receiving all farm produce, the proper storage of produce, and managing the distribution process. The job involves coordinating communications with farm partners, deliveries, managing all aspects of packing, and distributing produce for markets, directly to families and partner organizations with the support of staff and volunteers.

Nutrition Education Coordinator
Location: Montgomery County, MD
We are seeking a Bilingual (English/Spanish) Nutrition Education Coordinator to support our Food Is Medicine (FIM) initiatives throughout Montgomery County. This role combines nutrition counseling, program coordination, and community health education. The ideal candidate will work closely with CFS’s Executive Director, and other team members to support and enhance our nutrition-focused efforts, including nutrition education, outreach, and program implementation. This position can be either full time or part time.
A second key component of the position is to support our Food Is Medicine strategic goals to develop and share best practices about the wide variety of FIM initiatives taking place throughout the county with the aim to lift up and advocate for effective FIM approaches as led by community based initiatives.
