Joyce is a senior Management major at the University of Maryland. She is passionate about leadership, organizational development, and creating a positive impact. Through her academic work and hands-on experience, she has developed a strong interest in food access and community engagement.

Having grown up in Montgomery County, Joyce feels especially grateful to now serve the same community that shaped her. She understands the importance of accessible resources and strong local support systems, and she is proud to help ensure that families across the county have access to fresh, healthy food. Being able to give back to the place she calls home makes her work at Community FarmShare even more meaningful.
